BYD x Harmony Auto: Hong Kong’s First "Full Power · V2L Owners' Poon Choi Feast" Successfully Concluded
We recently hosted Hong Kong’s inaugural "Full Power · V2L Owners' Poon Choi Feast" at the Tai Tong Organic Eco-Park in Yuen Long. The event successfully gathered a fleet of BYD electric vehicles to simultaneously power traditional giant flower plaques and induction cookers for the Poon Choi (basin meal) using the V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) function. This innovative experience, blending new energy technology with local heritage, created a truly meaningful night for the Hong Kong EV community.
Throughout the evening, BYD EVs provided silent and steady power as the flower plaques illuminated the venue and the Poon Choi steamed to perfection. Owners shared the feast with family and friends amidst constant laughter and joy. Following the event, data showed an average battery consumption of only 3% per vehicle. This exceptional stability and efficiency impressed both owners and the media, proving that BYD EVs are far more than just a means of transport—they are mobile energy platforms that seamlessly integrate into diverse lifestyle scenarios.
